A day in the life of Mariah is one word - BUSY!! With bookings from 8am - 6 pm for her VIP client list (some she has worked with for an entire decade). Mariah specialises is many types of hair extensions, including weave extensions, tape extensions, individuals, clips ins and many more..
Mariah is an educator for over 200 salons in Australia for tape extension application.
JORDAN CRUGNALE – Co Owner and Art Director
Jordan is an ambitious and passionate addition to the COLE team, boasting over 12 years of experience in the hair industry. Starting his career in Perth, Jordan quickly discovered a love for hair styling through fashion editorial and session work. Fast forward to today, he has worked alongside some of Australia’s most renown Hair Stylists and global brands, attending fashion weeks in Sydney, Melbourne Perth and Paris. His work has graced multiple publications, international weddings and won industry accolades. Jordan specialises in all aspects of hair including precision cutting, colouring and extension work. With a true love for being creative and fashion forward, the looks he creates are always up to date and on trend.

GERARD MCLOUGHLIN - Colour Director
Gerard is an international award winning master colourist boasting over 16 years of experience. He has worked extensively with celebrity clientele including Nigella Lawson, Rufus Du Sol and Jodi Gordon. Specialising with all hair types, textures and styles. His preference is lived in blonde hair, dramatic transformations and vibrant coppers.

DAIRE – Senior Stylist
Daire is our newest addition to Cole. Originally from Dublin Ireland, he has over 10 years industry experience working in some of Irelands most high end salons. Daires knowledge and passion for his craft is shown throughout his work. He has developed his skills over the years by working alongside some of Irelands top fashion magazines, and has had his work published on numerous covers and spreads.
With his strong eye for detail, Daire always keeps up with the latest trends and techniques. His passion is styling and color work and he especially loves creating effortless sun kissed balayages on beautiful rich brunettes.
JACKI MANN - Senior Stylist
Jacki has been in the industry for 10+ years, starting his journey in prestige's Toni and Guy London. He specialises in precision haircuts, up-styles and barbering. Jacki loves a great chat and sharing the journey of working towards beautiful, healthy hair with his clients.
