A day in the life of Mariah is one word - BUSY!! With bookings from 8am - 6 pm for her VIP client list (some she has worked with for an entire decade). Mariah specialises is many types of hair extensions, including weave extensions, tape extensions, individuals, clips ins and many more..
Mariah is an educator for over 200 salons in Australia for tape extension application.
JORDAN CRUGNALE – Co Owner and Art Director
Jordan is an ambitious and passionate addition to the COLE team, boasting over 12 years of experience in the hair industry. Starting his career in Perth, Jordan quickly discovered a love for hair styling through fashion editorial and session work. Fast forward to today, he has worked alongside some of Australia’s most renown Hair Stylists and global brands, attending fashion weeks in Sydney, Melbourne Perth and Paris. His work has graced multiple publications, international weddings and won industry accolades. Jordan specialises in all aspects of hair including precision cutting, colouring and extension work. With a true love for being creative and fashion forward, the looks he creates are always up to date and on trend.

DAIRE – Master Stylist
Originally from Dublin Ireland, he has over 10 years industry experience working in some of Irelands most high end salons. Daires knowledge and passion for his craft is shown throughout his work. He has developed his skills over the years by working alongside some of Irelands top fashion magazines, and has had his work published on numerous covers and spreads.
With his strong eye for detail, Daire always keeps up with the latest trends and techniques. His passion is styling and color work and he especially loves creating effortless sun kissed balayages on beautiful rich brunettes.
JACKI MANN - Master Stylist
Jacki has been in the industry for 10+ years, starting his journey in prestige's Toni and Guy London. He specialises in precision haircuts, up-styles and barbering. Jacki loves a great chat and sharing the journey of working towards beautiful, healthy hair with his clients.

FRANKIE FLANAGAN - Senior Stylist
From extensive salon work-to TV-to international editorial and international fashion shows, National and international Education, Frankie’s experience in the Hair and Fashion industry is extensive and varied.
Since starting her hairdressing career during high school, Frankie has become an internationally renowned hairdresser and has worked in 3 of Australia’s top salons over the last 10 years as well as harnessing a thriving Editorial career. Frankie has worked closely with some of the biggest names in fashion, including working and liasing with Naomi Campbell and directing a team of 7 for The Face Australia. Frankie’s most recent work has seen her directing hair for Gok Wan’s ‘Style the Nation’ for Channel 7. With accolades such as the FAME team, Victorian Hairdresser of the Year 2012, and senior hairdresser of the year, her determination and dedication has seen her do extremely well.
DEE - Stylist
I bring four years of dedicated experience in the hair industry to the table. What drives my passion for hairdressing is the remarkable opportunity it offers to boost people's confidence and happiness. I firmly believe that life is about spreading joy, and there's nothing more satisfying than knowing you've played a part in making someone feel great about themselves. Styling hair was a childhood hobby of mine, and I'm grateful that it has blossomed into a rewarding and fulfilling career.
RUBY - First Year Apprentice
I'm currently in my first year of apprenticeship, working towards becoming a colourist/stylist. The beauty industry has captured my passion, offering a dynamic platform for daily creativity, learning, and personal growth. The most rewarding aspect of being a hairdresser is the satisfaction and happiness we provide to our clients. There's genuine fulfilment in witnessing their delight and contentment with the end results of their hair transformations. I cherish the opportunity to be apart of a professional and great team.
KYLA - Salon Coordinator
With a rich background of eight years in the beauty industry, I commenced my career as a makeup artist in the eastern suburbs before briefly venturing into the corporate world. The magnetic pull of the beauty industry, however, drew me back just after less than 1 year.
As a dedicated hair salon coordinator for Cole, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for ensuring seamless salon operations. With a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, I excel in managing appointments, client interactions, and the salon's daily workflow. My commitment is to create an exceptional experience for clients and contribute to the salon's success through efficient coordination.
DARCI - Salon Assistant
With three years of dedicated experience at Cole Hair, I take pride in my position as a Cole Hair Studio salon assistant. I wear many hats in the salon, and you can always catch me doing root shadows or luxury treatments at basins. My extensive experience within the salon has refined my skills in providing invaluable support to our clients and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. I am committed to delivering excellence and contributing to the success of our salon through my unwavering dedication and experience.
